Amazing running going on in MO!

The first NXN regional also occurred this weekend in South Dakota as the Heartland athletes got their shot to qualify.  Twins Bethany Hasz (MN) and Megan Hasz (MN) rode the momentum of a 1-2 finish at the state meet to finish 1-2 here as well, clear of the field by 22 seconds.  Bethany ran 17:17.5 to break Katie Flood's record of 17:19.  Megan ran 17:21 and both athletes are now on the national watch list.
