Congrats to the Hartland Boy's XC Club for taking 8th at Nike's Cross Country Nationals! After dominating Wisconsin's D1 State Meet running 3 of its top 5 runners in the overall Top 10, Hartland XC Club went onto take 2nd (by only 8 pts!) as a team at NXN Heartland Regionals in Sioux Falls, SD.

Coming back strong, the team knew they had their work cut out for them at NXN against dominant New Jersey's Christian Brother's Academy (CBA) and Texas' Southlake Carroll cross country squads. The Wisconsin-based harriers competed for a hotly contested 5th spot in the team rankings, only to come up just 6 points short and finish in 8th place with a team score of 261. Running on a pristine cross country course in Portland, OR featuring puddles, man-made and natural hills, and haybales to navigate, the Arrowhead squad ran their way past 14 team including the Heartland Regional winner, Stillwater XC Club.
