Luther College Dual Results
Decorah, Iowa - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse competed in a dual at Luther College (Iowa) Friday night. The Norse finished with 23 team points while the Eagles totaled 34. UW-L's
Carlton Folster took the individual title with a time of 21:08.1 on the four-mile course. Three other student-athletes placed in the top-nine for the Eagles.
Alex Barbeln placed fifth (21:41.5) while
Matt Eidenschink finished seventh (21:50.8) and
Sean Royer ninth (21:56.4).
Other finishers for UW-L included
Mike Glaser 15th (22:29.3),
Mike Keller 16th (22:45.3) and
Ali Khalili 20th (22:49.6).
A total of 33 runners competed.
UW-L returns to action Saturday, October 27 at the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Championships. The meet begins at noon at Cole Acres Golf Course in Cuba City, Wisconsin.
