Ames, Iowa/River Falls, Wis. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse men's track & field team completed action at the Iowa State University Classic and the UW-River Falls Brooks Classic Saturday.  No team scores were recorded at either meet. 

At the Iowa State Classic, Aric Hoeschen placed fourth (47.41) in the 400-meter dash while the Eagles' 4x400-meter relay of Nick Tehan, Tyson Young, Eric Scholl and Hoeschen were 18th overall (3:17.14).

In the field events, Isaac Vazquez was fifth in the triple jump (48-11 3/4) and Andy Novak placed sixth in the shot put (57-0).

At the UW-River Falls Brooks Classic, Andy Grossman finished fourth in the heptathlon (4,604 points).  Nick Stone was seventh in the 55-meter hurdles (8.19) and eighth in the high jump (6-2 3/4).

UW-L returns to action Friday, February 17 at the UW-Madison Red & White Open.
