Meet Information
COURSE The course is a true 5k course run.
mostly on grass with some pavement where runners cross the park road. The course is home to a WIAA Division I Sectional. The course map is attached.
SCHEDULE The proposed meet schedule is listed below:
3:00 p.m.-Coaches can pick-up packets at the Mitchell ParkPavilion
4:15 p.m. --- Jr./Sr. girls 5k
4:45 p.m. ---Jr./Sr. boys 5k
5:15 p.m. ---Fr./So./Newcomer girls 5k
5:50 p.m. ---Fr./So./Newcomer boys 5k
RESULTS The race will be professionally timed by Wisconsin Runner, and results will be available shortly after each race at wisconsinrunner.com.
AWARDS Awards given to the top 10 runners for each grade. Medals can be picked at the finish line after the conclusion of the final race. Because this is a developmental meet, there will be no team scores or team awards.
PARKING Spectators should park in the lots at the south end of the park, filling the southernmost lots first. Please follow the directions of the parking volunteers. Buses should park in the lot at the north end of Mitchell Park north of the course.
Spectators are discouraged from bringing dogs to the meet.
