LA CROSSE — De Pere High School freshman Kylie Swiekatowski led a slew of qualifiers from the city schools in the WIAA Division 1 track and field state meet last week. Swiekatowski soared to third place in the girls pole vault at University of Wisconsin-La Crosse’s Veterans Memorial Stadium. She was the top finisher among six girls who had a final clearance of 11 feet, 6 inches.
