Relays for Unattached Athletes:

If you are an unattached athlete that would like to register for a relay, please fill out this submission form with the following information so we can create a club team to register the relay squad(s) under:

1) The name of your "club team"
2) An email address used for a MileSplit account
3) The relay events to sign up for. Please include whether it is a boys or girls event.
4) The first/last names of the athletes that will be on the relay team(s).


Please note that the cost of the relay cannot be split between athletes and must be paid in whole by the registrant.  The registrant will receive email confirmation when the club team is created and is responsible for logging in to make payment online.
