TIMING & SCORING:The Wisconsin Runner will provide for the timing and scoring/results for this meet utilizing MyLaps disposable chips in conjunction with Finish Lynx Ether Lynx Photo Finish and Identi Lynx Video Cameras. Results will be available online before the meet ends at http://www.wisconsinrunner.com/results/2021/2021angelinvite/

COURSE:  We will run the original Parkside 5K course for this meet. 

AWARDS:Trophies to the championship teams on Varsity level, along with team medals to the team champion & team runners-up; trophies

to top 10 finishers in Varsity races; medals to finishers 11 - 15 in Varsity races; Medal to the individual champion in the two JV races.
 

PARKINGUW-P Parking Lots --- All teams & spectators should come in on Highway E and then turn onto Highway JR to access the UW-Parkside parking lots east of the course. There is no participant drop off on Highway JR. There is no fee for parking.No parking allowed in any of the Petrifying Springs Park parking lots - this includes teams, coaches and spectators. The Kenosha County Sheriff Department has been and MAY be ticketing anyone violating this policy! Please inform your fans of this information as well. Handicap Parking (with Permit) is allowed in the Parking Lot immediately North of the course on Highway JR. 

SITE PROCEDURES: Teams (participants, alternates, coaches, trainers and managers) must enter the meet site together. When an athlete leaves the facility, they will not be allowed to re-enter the site. Every athlete must bring their own water bottle. TENTS & GROUND TARPS are allowed. No tent sides are permissible.  There is a large "Athletes Only" area behind the finish line area. This area is restricted to competing athletes, coaches and officials. This is where athletes leave their gear bags and water bottles. No group coolers or group supplied beverages or food are allowed. Coolers of ice for athletic training purposes are allowed. All warmups and cooldown running MUST be done on the Parkside course .Athletes should be in the designated team area when they are not warming up, racing or cooling down. Athletes should be in the designated team area when they are not warming up, racing or cooling down. A MAXIMUM of one 10' x 20' or two 10' x 10' tent(s) per school. No sides. No group food or beverages.

RACE START PROCEDURES:Athletes should be in the staging area in the "Athletes Only" area 10 minutes prior to the start of their race.  At 6 minutes on the countdown they will be sent to the starting line. Athletes may not bring any extra clothing or items to the starting line.  Athletes will safely be given water by meet management at the completion of their race.

CONCESSIONS & T-SHIRTS :There will be meet t-shirts on sale at the course. $10.00 for short sleeve & $13.00 for long sleeve. The UW-Parkside XC and T&F team will be operating a concession stand on the course throughout the day. 

DOGS & DRONES: The WIAA is stating there should be NO DOGS at CC Meets - this is also the policy of 

UW-Parkside.Please inform your fans of this policy again this year.NO DRONES allowed at UW-Parkside before, during or after the Angel Invitational event.
 

ADMISSION: The admission fee per spectator is $3.00 for 17 & Under and $6.00 for Adults (18+).  UP ADMISSION  When a spectator leaves the facility, they will not be allowed to re-enter the site. 

UW-PARKSIDE LUCIAN ROSA INVITATIONAL: The University of Wisconsin Parkside will be hosting their NCAA D2 Lucian Rosa Invitational directly after the Angel Invite. The women's 6K will be run at 10:55 a.m. and the men's 8K will go at 11:40 a.m. All participants, coaches and spectators in the Angel Invite are invited to attend (no additional admission fee for Angel Invite participants, coaches and spectators).
