Hey, It's Stephanie. I pole vault and run track but I mostly pole vault. My pole vault coach is Val O. I run and pole vault for Henrico High School. My personal record in pole vault is 9'6". I just got that P.R. this week at Atlee. I am a freshman. I already qualified for districts and regionals. I need three more inches for states. I can go to the Milestat Gala at the end of the year because I cleared 9'0". My next meet I'm aiming for 9 feet 9 inches. I love pole vaulting. Districts are tommorow for me.
